USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Hamamatsu International Piano Competition (hereinafter HIPIC) may use personal information about applicants to the competition for the following purposes. HIPIC shall handle such information in the right way, believing that all applicants have agreed on the following purposes of ' Use of Personal Information '.

 

• - To conduct the competition
• - To judge applicants' performances
• - To proceed applicants' participation in the competition, to send out necessary documents to applicants, etc.
• - To publish newsletters released by HIPIC, Home Page etc. and Media release

HANDLING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

HIPIC shall implement safety measures in a suitable manner to prevent any and all Personal Information from being accessed in an unauthorized manner, from being lost, damaged, altered, or leaked, etc. In case HIPIC should outsource handling of Personal Information, the outsourcing contract will stipulate necessary matters to ensure the proper protection and management of personal information, and to ensure it is not passed on or leaked.
