The Secretariat advertised for the volunteers from Hamamatsu citizens to create more familiar Competition. To our advertising, we received 77 applications.

For the Hall (34 Volunteers): doorman, ticket & CD sellers and receptionists

For the press (9 Volunteers): reporters and translators for the daily official paper

For the press (6 Volunteers): distributors of the daily official paper

For the contestants (28 Volunteers): general care of the contestants and arrangement for home stays & home concerts
